Boating Safety - directed by Peter Evans, focused on boating safety and etiquette;

Communications - directed by Leslie Henderson, focused on providing timely and effective communication to KLCA members on topics of interest;

Environment - directed by Ron Schwark, with assistance from Adam Rosso, focused on education and communication to maintain the health of Kawagama Lake;

Water Quality - directed by Eric Millar / chairman Jennifer Watson, focused on education and monitoring of Kawagama Lake water quality;

Development & Municipal Affairs - directed by Stefan Szczerbak, focused on liason with municipalities to ensure responsible development;

Fisheries - directed by Jennifer Gilland, focused on fish habitat and spawning activity;

Lake Partners - directed by Todd Millar, an MOE administered and funded program, designed to enlist volunteers to establish certain well defined parameters for Ontario lakes. Water is tested for clarity, phosphorus, and water temperature;

Lake Levels - directed by Eric Millar, focused on monitoring the water management plan implemented in 2006.

Membership - directed by Marion Michinsky, focused on membership privacy, enrollment and increasing total membership;

Navigation - directed by Adrian McInerney, focused on safe navigational markers on Kawagama Lake;

Reflections - directed by Sara Goodchild;

Regatta - co-chaired by Adrian Daly and Peter Evans 

Web Site - directed by Pat Boyd, focused on providing easy to read, timely information.
