The Boating Safety Committee is attempting to:

• Educate Kawagama boaters about the laws and regulations governing boating
• Encourage Kawagama boaters to use common sense and common courtesy when it comes to boating and to respect all stakeholders on the lake
• Provide a venue or forum for members to raise concerns about any aspects of boating on the lake.
