Our mission is to provide timely and effective communications to KLCA members on topics of interest. To achieve this, we deliver the communication in various formats:

Electronically - on the web in broadcast notes to members with email, when urgent matters arise;

Written - newsletters, notices and Reflections publications;

Annual general meetings and adhoc meetings when required;

Phone contact to Directors and Executive.

The communications role includes membership registration. Registration information collected about our members (name, address, phone number etc.) is private and is not used or sold for any other purposes other than KLCA communication. In addition, annual publication of "Reflections Yearbook" is part of our communication strategy. A team of people solicite, gather, edit and produce the collection of input from KLCA members, directors, and executive. Many topics of interest to cottagers are also included to enhance the cottage experience.
