Memberships can also be completed and paid for on line using PayPal. Visit www.klca.org and follow the easy steps.

More members are needed - please check with your cottage neighbours and ask them to become a member if they haven't. If your adult children who use your cottage are not members, please ask them to support us by having their own membership. We need your support of our association's initiatives. We have about 500 members, but there are almost 1000 cottagers on the lake!

We have Welcome folders for new residents of Kawagama and Bear Lakes. The folders contain a welcome message from our president, our vision statement for the lake, environmental information from our Dock Talk programme, and, of course, a membership application. If you have new neighbours, and they haven't received their welcome folder, encourage them to pick one up at their realtor's office in town, or let me know at 'membership@klca.org'. If you wish to volunteer in KLCA activities or would be interested in a position on the KLCA Board of Directors, we would be happy to talk to you about these opportunities.
