This Fishing Derby will be held beginning at 6am on Saturday July 2nd and run until 3pm on Sunday July 3rd. It’ s a “catch and release” event, and the judging will be done by photo submission.
Register by emailing us at klcafishingderby@gmail.com no later than June
30th. Let us know which age category you are entering: Under 14 years of age or 14 years and older.
There is no cost to enter this derby! All photo submissions to be sent at time of catch and emailed to klcafishingderby@gmail.com. Anglers will use a ruler in the photo to demonstrate actual measurement.
Great prizes to be won in each category and the winners will be contacted by email. Stay tuned to KLCA’s Facebook and Instagram accounts for more details.
Note: No fishing license is required by the Ontario government between July 2-July 10, 2022.
