-Participants can cast their lines beginning Saturday July 1st at 6am and have until 3pm on Sunday July 2nd to reel in their prize fish!
-This derby is a “catch and release” event. Judging is done by photo submission, and after the photo is taken, the fish is to be released back into the water.
-All photo submissions to be sent at time of catch and emailed to klcafishingderby@gmail.com
-Anglers will use a ruler in the photo to demonstrate actual measurement. The fish will be measured to the nearest eighth of an inch.
-Register by emailing klcafishingderby@gmail.com no later than June 29th. Let us know which age category you are entering: Under 14 years of age or 14 years and older.
There is no cost to enter this derby! Great prizes to be won in each category. Winners will be contacted by email.
